The Church and Community Connection is working to support each local congregation as they seek to be “externally focused”.  An externally focused church:

• integrates service and witness into the life of the congregation;
• values their impact in the community more than attendance;
• seeks to be salt, light and leaven in the community;
• sends volunteers and workers into the community to be a blessing to individuals and to build up the community for the good of all.
