- Discovering God's Agenda for the Next Chapter of Your Ministry
- Personal Renewal for Leaders
- Environments that Empower Change
Somewhere between the day-timer and the list of unfinished projects lies the reality of daily life as a pastor or church leader. You didn't lack for vision when you took this job, but now you sense your mission is getting buried beneath the myriad of demands.
It's time to refocus. Through a series of supportive environments called networks, leaders experience resourcing that recaptures their passion for Christ and the courage to lead their local churches back out into the harvest.
ReFocusing is a two-year transformation process for a local church which brings personal renewal to the lives of leaders and the creation of a five-year plan to reach the community and beyond. ReFocusing clusters six to ten pastors and churches together to work through the process. This network becomes a safe-place peer-learning community that develops missional leaders of churches.
Is ReFocusing right for you?
Yes, if your church has:
- A healthy Leadership base, yet uncertain of God's calling
- A Positive Environment, but lack owned vision

- Leaders are assisted in identifying, recruiting and training other leaders.
- Transformation of churches by developing an owned vision for harvest ministry.
